The object above is a nose hair trimmer which looks awfully odd and kind of scary to use. From what it looks like you seem to just attach it to your finger and trim away at your nose… ouch. Looks rough and I dont really recommend you try it.

I have heard about this "finger" shaped nose hair trimmer and all it seems able to do is to pull the hairs out of your nostrils by the roots! Very painful, indeed.
